What happens when you ask for a ground read.

RackIQ uses the coordinates to return the map, county, terrain, environmental context, and weather behind the read. That requires requests to RackIQ and the location, map, and data providers named in the privacy policy and Data Sources.

Before signup, the pending spot is held in your browser on this device so it can carry into setup. It is not added to an account unless you choose to create one. After the read, you can clear that pending spot from the device before saving.

Your spot stays your spot.

Property boundaries, pins, stands, cameras, photos, and access routes are used to operate the product for you. Another hunter only sees ground you deliberately share through a crew.

De-identified, location-coarsened activity signals can contribute to shared learning by default. Exact coordinates, photos, land details, and specific-buck identities are excluded from that contribution. The account setting can turn it off.

Context, not certainty.

Wildlife is unpredictable. RackIQ shows reasoning and confidence because a recommendation should be judged, not obeyed. Product-level field evidence reports aggregate performance without exposing a hunter's private history.

The final call stays with the hunter.

Users remain responsible for safety, legal compliance, land access, fair-chase ethics, and every field decision. RackIQ supports judgment. It does not override regulations, conditions, or common sense.

The policy sets the promise.

The current policy retains account data while the account is active and allows deletion of properties, cameras, and images in the product. Full account deletion can be requested through the team. RackIQ does not display a tighter deletion or backup timetable than the published policy promises.
