Delete your RackIQ account
This page explains how to delete your RackIQ Hunt account, published by RackIQ Holdings, LLC, and exactly what happens to your data when you do.
Delete from inside the app
- Open RackIQ Hunt and sign in.
- Tap your account menu, the profile control in the top corner of the screen.
- Choose Security.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted. The deletion runs immediately and you are signed out.
Delete by email, if you cannot sign in
Email info@rackiq.ai from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account and confirm by reply. Allow up to 30 days, though it is normally done within a few business days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your name, email address, and phone number if you provided one
- Your properties, stands, cameras, and saved locations
- Your uploaded trail-camera photos
- Your named bucks, sightings, hunt logs, and harvest records
- Your notification and messaging preferences
What is kept, and for how long

You can turn off the de-identified contribution at any time before deleting, under Account center, Data and privacy. Nothing collected after you opt out is contributed.
Deleting data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove your content. Inside the app you can delete individual properties, cameras, photos, bucks, and hunt logs at any time, and those deletions are permanent. For anything you cannot remove yourself, email info@rackiq.ai and we will handle it.
